A little about me...
I’m originally from the Cleveland suburbs and grew up as the daughter of two immigrants: my Dad is from Italy, and my Mom is from Peru! Growing up in a blend of Peruvian, Italian, and American cultures was integral in shaping who I am today! I’ve called Cincinnati home for the past 3 years, but before this, I’ve also spent time living in Oxford, OH; Clemson, SC; and Pittsburgh, PA!
College is a transformational period, filled with both opportunities and challenges. I am passionate about supporting students through this journey because I believe that having even one person in your corner can make a meaningful difference. My favorite moments are those when I can work alongside my students to help them discover who they are and realize their potential! I currently advise students in the College of Engineering and Applied Science (CEAS) and Arts and Sciences (A&S). Before joining UHP, I worked in Residence Life, supporting on-campus residential students. I have also served as the advisor for the UC student organization, Latinos en Acción, for the past 3 years. During fall semesters, I also teach a first-year experience course called PD1015: Next Bearcat Lives Here.
