Diplomas & Certificates
The University of Cincinnati can provide students with both electronic and paper credentials (i.e., diplomas or certificates).
Credential Types
If you are graduating from a degree program—associate, bachelor, master, or doctoral—you will receive both an electronic and a paper copy of your diploma.
Delivery Timeline
Paper diplomas are mailed directly to you six–eight weeks after Commencement. The mailing address used is the one you provide to us in Catalyst, so make sure it is accurate by Commencement.
Electronic diplomas are emailed to your UC email address roughly four weeks after Commencement.

If you are graduating from a certificate program, you will automatically be awarded an electronic certificate with the option to purchase a paper certificate.
