Diplomas & Certificates
The University of Cincinnati offers two diploma options—CeDiplomas and ceremonial diplomas—as well as two certificate options—CeCertificates and ceremonial certificates—for students.
Replacement Diploma Orders Temporarily Unavailable
We are currently updating our diploma services and will be unable to process replacement diploma requests until August 10, 2026.
If you need a replacement diploma, please check back after August 10, when ordering will become available again.
Spring 2026 Graduates: If your diploma arrived damaged, please email us at registrar@uc.edu. Be sure to include your full name, student ID number (if known), and a brief description of the damage so we can assist you.

Diplomas
The University of Cincinnati automatically provides both a CeDiploma and a ceremonial diploma to graduates earning degrees.*
Graduates receive an email with a link to download their CeDiploma when it becomes available from our trusted partner, CeCredential Trust®. To request a new download link, please use the CeCredential Trust site to resend the link.
Ceremonial diplomas are mailed directly to students at their diploma mailing address in Catalyst six–eight weeks after Commencement.

*CeDiplomas are available to all graduates earning a degree beginning Fall Semester 2017 (December 2017).
Certificates
CeCertificates are provided to all University of Cincinnati graduates earning a certificate.
Graduates receive an email with a link to download their CeCertificate when it becomes available from our trusted partner, CeCredential Trust®. To request a new download link, please use the CeCredential Trust site to resend the link.
