I love UHP because of the experiences that I can chase after. I feel like the whole world is laid out in front of me. All I have to do is grab a map and chart my course! Also, from interacting with the staff, I believe that they truly are here to help me grow into the person I want to become. I feel like they really care about my journey, and that is something I did not feel from other advisors at other colleges I looked into.

In the future, I am hoping to take a seminar about Art, Architecture, and Engineering in Ancient Rome: The Roman Experience. This seminar will allow me to dive deeper into ancient architecture and inspire my future in architectural engineering.

I have made some great memories in my first few weeks here at UC! A few highlights are card and sushi night with friends, and trying to slackline in the hammock trees. (I have fallen a few too many times, but it is so fun!) Looking ahead, I am excited to go explore the city to find more sushi restaurants and see all that Cincinnati has to offer.

Other than studying for my engineering classes, I will be waking up every Tuesday and Thursday for Air Force ROTC physical training at 6:00 A.M. dark and early. After graduation, I will serve as an active duty officer for the Air Force.
