Elevate Your Impact— Leadership

This is to be completed after you have completed three leadership-focused honors experiences. The deadline to submit your reflection is 11:59pm on the 5th of every month. 

1. Apply for this UHP micro-credential through Credly during your third leadership-focused experience.
2. Submit your EYI Reflection within 1 month of completing your third leadership-focused experience.
3. If you are a graduating senior, submit your EYI Reflection by the appropriate date for your graduating term:  
   1. April 5 for Spring Graduation 
   2. August 5 for Summer Graduation  
   3. December 5 for Fall Graduation 

1. Submit your reflection in the micro-credential section in the UHP Database. 
2. Make sure you have applied for the micro-credential in Credly.  

Reflect upon the entire micro-credential (your three previous leadership-focused experiences) and articulate your learning and the impact of the experiences.

An alternative form or written reflection. Suggested lengths of reflection to reach sufficient depth and breadth: 

• Video: 5-7 minutes
• Slideshow: 13-15 slides, including explanations of visuals
• Written: 800-1000 words.

Use the following prompts to guide your reflection:

• State your leadership philosophy and explain how your related experiences informed the creation of the philosophy. 
• Identify the skills you’ve gained through these experiences and explain how they support your professional or academic career (considering graduate/professional school or full-time employment). 
• Explain how this micro-credential shaped your definition of a Global Citizen Scholar. 
• Discuss how you will take what you have learned from this micro-credential into your future experiences. 
• Articulate how this micro-credential helps you contribute to solving complex problems or creating innovative solutions.
